As a Product growth manager my role is to define the company’s growth plan. This should include information on where the company is at currently as well as where the company is headed in the future. Also design a growth roadmap in Q1 bases and analyze the flow of customer retention in the organization.
I think of myself as a key member in the product development team. I’m not simply a product manager who writes specs, delivers them to developers, and then waits for them to build something. I am an active member of that team, from the initial product kickoff meeting, through launch and beyond. Writing and refining User Stories, Themes, and Epics; Facilitating estimation sessions and backlog grooming efforts; Coordinating user acceptance testing and other external validation efforts.
The core of any product is the users. The best products are built upon in-depth user knowledge. I believe that legitimacy of a product team depends on its ability to know its customers and to back up its roadmaps with user data. I can deliver adequate user research to understand and empathize with your users..
